SUPERINTENDENCE/CLIENT SIDE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In addition to our core offerings, the Yendor team provides exceptional client-side project management services. As part of this service, we appoint a dedicated Superintendent to oversee every aspect of the project on behalf of our clients. The Superintendent acts as the primary liaison between the client and all parties involved in the project, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to: coordinating project meetings, ensuring compliance with contract documents and specifications, monitoring progress and quality of work, managing project budgets and schedules, resolving disputes or issues that may arise during construction, and ensuring that the project is completed to the client’s satisfaction and in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards. With our Superintendent at the helm, clients can trust that their project will be expertly managed from inception to completion, with a steadfast focus on achieving their vision and objectives.
